Entrepreneurial spirit provides the ability to think that everything is possible and it can be achieved by giving the best. Entrepreneurial spirit is created over a period of time by consistently striving to work on continuous improvement with clearly thinking about innovation and making things better and working hard to achieve the goals, both in work and life.

There are specific and recognizable traits and characteristics that people, organizations, communities and regions with entrepreneurial spirits show. Working together of these key characteristics help drive success.

PASSION AND CONFIDENCE

Intensely passionate about the ideas and work. Confident about getting things done and achieve goals.

INQUISITIVE AND CURIOUS

The spirit of curiosity, be aware, ask questions and learn is an integral part of entreneurial activity. Understanding of the industry, market, customer needs, compeition etc. They keep their eyes open and don't leave any opportunity to gain knowledge and learn.

OPEN TO IDEAS

Able to identify and pursue new opportunities. Listen to others and embrace new approaches.

OPTIMISTIC AND POSITIVE

Staying positive and having optimistic approach helps overcome tough and challenging times and stay committed to their goals. Optimism helps create a conducive environment for creativity and innovation. They tackle problems with can do unwavering attitude.

TAKE CALCULATED RISKS AND BEING RISK POSITIVE

Calculated risk taking and swift decision-making to pursue steps into uncharted territory with a vision and proper roadmap.

DECISIVE AND EFFECTIVE DECISION MAKING

Once they decide to pursue an idea they stick to it and work on it diligently until they have achieved their goals.

UNDERSTAND, EMBRACE AND OVERCOME FAILURE AND RECOVER QUICKLY FROM ANY SETBACK

Failures don't deter those with entrepreneurial spirit. Adjust approaches and change direction when required, flexibility to maneuver like a river to find ways to reach the goal is key to long-term success.

Leadership skills are the cornerstone of entrepreneurial spirit. They help entrepreneurs to sell their vision and ideas to those they collaborate with and the customers. Leadership also provides keep their team together and work for a common goal with focus and overcome challenges with optimism.

Determination and willpower to become unstoppable towards goals and achieve what one set out to accomplish with hard work, careful planning and teamwork.

Professor Rocío Bonet defined the entrepreneurial spirit of managers as their ability and willingness to scan the environment, adapt to change and take initiatives autonomously in various situations, without requiring detailed instructions from higher-level managers, and thus contribute to the transformation of the company.
